I was a stay at home mum for much of 18 years. No assets, savings, etc.

Last June discovered ex (52) having affair with married 21 yr old barmaid (cliché).

He won't sign over house, he needs equity apparently, but has already bought a house.

I can't see in to the future at all, counselling, antidepressants, black thoughts, etc.

Not married, so he has all rights, I have none. Together nearly 28 years.

How can I move on, totally over him, just really worried about the future.

OP I'm sorry to hear this horrible situation. Have you seen a lawyer? Do you have any support from friends or family?

You do have rights as any solicitor will tell you it`s just right now you are in a jungle and can`t see the way out. "Book a couple 1st session free" appointments and find a solicitor you can gel with, take notes with you so you don`t forget to ask the questions you need answering.
