Letting ex stay here...

I have a previous thread about ex dp cheating. He's found a place to live and should be moving in on Friday. But he's been kicked out of where ever he was staying (was a friend of a friend who apparently has mental health problems) who likely couldn't cope with him there.

So I've agreed to let him stay here until Friday. not my smartest idea but I'm really struggling having him in the house it not that I'm having second thoughts or want him back but everything's just a little bit easier although my mum and sister are here I don't have a minute to myself ds isn't sleeping for me until 10pm by that time I'm shattered and falling asleep myself.

I've just enclosed myself in my room while my ex is downstairs with the dcs and my dsis has come in for her charger and asking "what's wrong with you?"
I'm just struggling ex seems happy enough now he has his own place sorted.
I just need some support to get through this and I feel like I have no one to turn to.

That's it, it's only 2 more days. Could you go out at all on the other days.I haven't read your other thread, so I can't make a judgement on whether he deserves your help or not.

Can't go out I am working a lot during that time so it's handy he'll be here to help with childcare. I'm just finding it hard this is the end of our 10 years together because he's a cheating bastard.

Don't be sucked back in!! I split up from my ex years ago now - he used to come see the kids a few night 's a week - he seemed like a new man so I took him back - even got married - knew after 2 weeks of the wedding he was the same twat he had always been. I was just looking at him with naivity and hope that he had changed. Remind yourself how he treated u. .

No I'm not going to be sucked back in if I took him back he'd just walk over me for the rest of my life.
On one hand I'm thinking let's just enjoy the dcs and being single for a while. On the other I'm thinking I probably won't ever be able to have another relationship especially if the dcs remain non verbal.
I would always worry about them about them being able to tell me how they feel about anyone I bring into the home.
It's hard to explain. I'm just processing at the minute.
