Have done it before with disastrous results - only seemed to attract idiots or married men. I need to lose weight so do t know if that puts men off but have just got back from hols so have some decent photos of me (for once).

Been single since divorce 8 years ago with 1 short relationship which could have worked for longer but distance proved too far (we work and live in different countries). Got 2 DC and I didn't really want to do od for a few years because of them and due to babysitting etc. they're teenagers now and feel it's my time now.

Anyway, how do you write a good profile? In the past mine has been a bit boring and attracted the wrong guys! Any help/advice would be gratefully received!! Thanks!

And which site is best? Have tried match and pof in the past. Pof was baaaaad - lots of seriously dodgy guys and sleazy/hilariously bad messages!

Get on Tinder Smile

Keep your profile lighthearted and funny.

Worked for me, had to meet a few frogs but there are some really decent men on there and its what everyone seems to be using these days.

Thanks I'll have a look at that. I thought tinder was just for young people - I'm on my 40s!

Match, Eharmoney and Guardian soulmates are supposed to be good for relationship seeking.
