don't know how I feel about this

I had a best friend from school, really good friends until a few years ago when we had a massive argument and haven't spoken again. I saw her today, hardly recognised her, she looks different and not in a good way. I felt shock at seeing her again, and now I feel sad and regret but also that I can now move on - I'm not sure how I feel

No, I was in the car and she was waiting to cross so she didn't even see me.
