I feel like I am having a major midlife crisis . Am a woman in my late forties & have had a crush on a collegue since meeting him .
Desperately hoped it would fizzle out but a year on still feel like a mixed up teenager !

Only advice is don't act on it.
Don't fuel the fire, get back to the real world Asap. It will pass.
