For the love of god what the absolute fuck did I ever do in life to deserve this fuck wit of a STBXH.
I can't kick him out cos divorce isn't final and he's doing this whole 'I'm not going to move out cos it's all half my stuff'.
Anyway, I spoke to HMRC and ended the joint claim and started a single claim for CTC. So the renewal forms for the joint claim have come through and we have to do one each.
I am owed money from last tax year but HMRC can't process paying me until STBXH submits his.
He has been putting it off for weeks and I have continually asked for his government gateway login details and he just keeps refusing to do it.
Tonight it ended in a row, and - to my shame - I ended up calling him a cunt. And he called me names too.
I'm just so annoyed and frustrated by him.
He says unbelievable things and is so horrible.
For example: I was supposed to be going on holiday on Monday with my 2 DC but Dd fell and broke her leg. The stupid fucker has told me today that her leg is a 'blessing really. Cos you didn't get to go on holiday which is great cos I was so worried as you can't possibly cope with them both alone so it's a blessing really'
I mean WTF. Who says that?!?
He gets to me and 90% of the time I manage not to respond but sometimes he really gets to me.

On a plus note, my Dd is sleeping in my bed at present cos of her leg and for me it's lovely. We never co slept much and she's quite emotionally independent so this is lovely to have her here and needing me
