As the title says should I be worried?

My h and I were sitting watching sky news. He handed me his phone to look at something on the Internet. He then left the room and no more then 30 seconds later came back in and grabbed his phone off me and left again.

We are married 9 years with 3 dc 5 and under. Sex life has been no existant for a long time and he shows little or no interest in me.

What do I do?

That doesn't sound like much but maybe this is about how well you know him. A gut reaction?

And, yes, a nonexistent sex life is a worry.

Think about what kind of relationship you want. Do you want to live without sex and have a husband who shows no interest in you?

I don't think you necessarily need to read too much into it. Maybe it was something like he'd been looking at porn on there and was worried about the browser history?
Ask him.

Well there's something on there he doesn't want you to see. It could be literally anything,

You could just ask him.

I am so confused. Don't really know what to think at the moment.

Would he have given it to you in the first place if he had something to hide?

I think if there was a big deception or cheating going on he'd have been more guarded about giving you the phone in the 1st place.

I suspect that he's got something there he doesn't want you to see but that could be as innocent as something about a present or surprise for you, to porn, to discussions of work related worries, an extremely bad taste joke that would offend you or even a flirty comment which is banter rather than actual flirting.
