Hi. I met someone a year ago online who has been separated almost 2 years. We live 3 hours apart and get together every few weeks. When we're together it's great but a couple of weeks later contact reduces n almost stops and he gets moody. We had a holiday in march whuch was fab but he makes excuses when I ask to get together. This is the third time he s done this. I normally would have said enough but like him, i feel confused but can't get a straight answer. I expecting to be called an idiot here Smile

It be late for lot answers but I think you need to ask your self what you get out of this relationship.

If you would normally say "enough" then perhaps this is what your inner voice is suggesting to you now? I'd be tempted to let things cool as he does, mirror his actions and see what happens, fully aware that it might be a dazzling nothing, a fade-out. The revelations this will bring might hurt but will be more ok than investing further in something that, for whatever reason, isn't going to work out. These days I would walk away now but the choice is totally yours. Don't let him break your heart is all I'd suggest; you sound independent and self-reliant so I think you'll be ok whatever you choose to do about him.

It's sounds like he has someone else on the go.

Your call only I reckon. It's only been a year, so hard to shout

"Making excuses"? Why be with someone who isn't eager to see you?

Ditch.

Definitely ditch. A lover needs to want you.

I never understand these posts and the confusion over them, if he's not replying then take the hint, it means he's not really interested.

End it, if he really thinks a lot of you, he will soon show it.

Eh. He's making excuses not to see you. Where is your self respect, dump him pronto.
