and I am sad. Really sad.

Not even together that long but it was all so lovely.

Why does it always go wrong?

Eyes like golf balls, so getting an early night in the hope sleep will help.

Sad

How do I move on & get over him.

Sorry to hear that :( getting over someone is a slow process but just have to take it a day at a time. Do you have anyone irl to support you??

It's miserable. If you're the dramatic type I find wallowing helps - really luxuriate in it and let people comfort you and cheer you up by telling you what a bastard he is. He'll just be a funny little story one day. But I know it hurts now Flowers

Think back - this isn't the first time you've felt like this. Think of how heartbroken you were when so-and-so didn't go to the pub that evening, or when Xguy turned up with his boyfriend after you'd spent a fortnight planning your outfit. Love hurts Smile.

I'm not trying to be flippant. I'm just saying you've survived before and you'll survive again. It will all fade.

I can't bags this up in fluff but, it's shit. You don't need to hear this right now but, everyday will get a little easier Flowers

This is the first day of the rest of your life. All irrelevant at the moment I know but, you know it will all make sense one day.

We're his reasons valid or is he being a cock?

Definitely time! I know it's an awful feeling but it is only time that helps. I also found Amy Young on YouTube. Funny and she makes sense. Also cut all contact ie facebook etc
It gets easier I promise Flowers

Cut all contact immediately, I am quite dramatic so for me it's total. NC.

Reasons: I do have mood swings (AF related) I do need to get that sorted but not actually sure where to start. He moans about my very supportive family, I am a lone parent with a 2.5 year old so he finds him hard work (he knew all this when we met)

Correct - I am a survivor & I will survive this. I have done before & I will again.

Just sick of the fucking tears I have shed today.

You know when they say "we need to talk"

Instinctively I just showed him the door Confused

It hurts. Really hurts right now.

Time & NC will take his away won't it?

I have some lovely stuff planned with DS over the next week so need to keep busy & it will fade.

Equally thinking about it - he is a cock.

I was dating someone for 8 weeks. 8 weeks! I felt like poop when it ended! The more I thought about it I thought omg he's a bit of a dick really but it still hurt!
Definitely no contact! Be strict with that!
I seriously think it's good to have a good cry! Already you are planning fun days with your little one so you are already doing better than you think Wink

Time, NC, TLC, Amy Young, friends, wine, chocolate, box sets, your ds.

You are doing brilliantly already.

He's a cock.

Dear ninenicknames, I'm sending you a huge box of handmade chocolates and peonies (I hope you like them?) from France.

It hurts so much and it makes it all seem such a waste of time at the time. You deserve better than that. I'm pretty certain you deserve the absolute best. It's a pity we need to be reminded of that vital fact by somebody else. Blush

Oh, and I'll be sending you a lovely bottle of local Vouvray, nicely chilled.

You are all so lovely.

It's true we often neglect ourselves trying to please others.

All the flowers, chocs & wine are very much appreciated Smile
