Info for anyone who may be claiming tax credits due to a relationship ending...

Its better to claim now if you can.

You're both welcome. It worried me that the rules are changing and some people may be making assumptions on future entitlements based on the current rules.

Mine is already on it's way, thankfully! I also found out you can claim whilst living in the same house but not as a couple.
