It coincided with the mass trolling of the feminism topic by MRAs from Reddit.

But it couldn't possibly be connected......could it? Shock

Now, this is obviously not a TAAT, but for reference here is the thread I meant -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/2581330-To-think-the-Disrespect-NoBody-ad-campaign-is-horribly-sexist

You have to read down a bit to get to the 'you hateful harridans' and 'throw yourselves under a bus you utter cunts' stuff.
They were all from the same place - Reddit/4chan or similar.

It closed, and suddenly we have an influx of male posters in Relationships. The same thing happened before hacker-fucker-gate, en made, starting low level like this.

But maybe I'm just a massive cynic.

It was Shock by the end.
Lots got deleted but much of it was quoted first.

There are some men out there who really, REALLY hate women. It's bizarre.

I'm thinking it might be a good time to make a strategic exit from mumsnet for a bit.
Yy, there are indeed some men who really, really don't like women.

I'm absolutely with you, OP.
It's quite amazing where they've all popped up from recently.
Relationships is such bollocks, half the threads on the front page at any give time are complete made up bullshit.
It's a pity because the trolls are doing a disservice to the genuine men who are here.

I worked very hard to reach my current stellar level of harridanity.

I actually thought something along these lines earlier today, but then thought I was being paranoid. I can't really remember the threads around the hack time. Interesting though.

I can't remember the specifics pocket, but it started with quite a few innocent enough male posters, all of whom couldn't help qualifying their post with 'man here' etc Hmm
