noisey neighbours

I don't know if I'm in the right place but here goes. our neighbours are constantly shouting banging the walls connecting them to us. banging up and down the stairs. some nights they're doing it at 2 or 3 in the morning and can wake me up (I'm a light sleeper) and even my new born (who's a heavy sleeper nothing wakes him up).

is there anything I can do. I can't go round and talk to them as they're known to be aggressive.

Ear plugs for you, white noise for the baby? Wardrobes full of clothes against the connecting walls and bedroom doors shut?

If you don't want to talk to them then there's not a lot can be done really.

Our neighbours are noisy at night too. After chatting to them pleasantly and getting nothing but aggression I now take great pleasure in the fact that ds wakes every day at 0600...

it's frustrating. I swear they think everyone has to be up when they are haha. I didn't think there was much I could do but I thought I'd ask.
