Dreams triggering the pain

Today I'm struggling it's been 6 weeks since we split and Iv had literally no contact from him other than a reply to pick up my things ect.

I have to let go but keep hoping he will change his mind.

I dreamt last night that we were away together with my son and his daughter at his parents house and they children were messing around I could here them laughing and joking and running around in the back ground .

I woke up this morning and it's made me feel sick ...I'm heartbroken and have been anxious so far.

It feels like they are dead.... Just gone.... Just like that !

This is so hard
