I just want to say thanks to everyone who has supported me on here. I have had a lot of anxiety about relationships and was worried my boyfriend was going to leave me. But thanks to posters on here I've started ringing him when I'm stressed about him leaving me and just having a chat. I'm still finding it hard but I'm getting there.
Hello Think I can remember your thread-was it the one with the test for your attachment style? Think we are similar you & I (pre-occupied attachers!?) I deal with it by remembering that if we do break up I WILL be ok. Bloody hard at times but currently counselling is helping loads. Good luck with everything
