I don't know if anyone remembers my posts. I was ConfusedNc. Posted a lot over last couple of years.

EA stbxh ended marriage in 2014. Changed the locks. Made me and ds homeless. This was in middle of most stressful job interview, but I miraculously managed to get job .

X has been the most amazingly narcissistic bully and frankly, idiot. Tomorrow I finally see him in court.

All feels bit surreal.

Just after a bit of a last hurrah before battle from anyone who remembers me. Wellwhoknew was going through it around same time everything kicked off for me. I am hoping to channel her and the formidiblemrsc and all of you women fucked over by a selfish lying manchild, and stand up for myself and my boy. Wwk was just an inspiration in her court case.

Lots of you helped me figure my head out in my darkest times. I'm doing OK but hope I'm ready for what's about to happen. Thanks if you've read this far. Sorry if I'm being a bit self indulgent.

Sorry didn't update yesterday. I was really emotional after and just exhausted last night.

The actual bit with the judge was really brief. He accepted our questionnaire (so hopefully will find out more about what the lying git has been up to) and we added some more in too. Next step we're going to FDR ( financial dispute resolution). So in theory yesterday went my way.

I'll update rest later. Got to go work. I'm also seeing therapist later so maybe I'll be more articulate in next post.

I've been busy with wurk rather than on MN so I completely missed this til just now...but some very kind MNetter contacted me to say I'd been name-dropped and I'm so glad she did! Your thread 'Twattish things..." popped up awhile ago which had me reminiscing, and giggling like a loon, and wondering about you.

I always love it when a MNetter grabs her steel balls, goes to court and kicks a fuckwit into touch! It is very, very, very stressful and difficult getting divorced - and emotional as well. A few days later you have a 'mini-crash' of emotions...but it does end. And life goes on.

You seem a lot stronger than a year ago...which is great. I hope things continue to get better and better for you and your little one.

Well done for your first appearance Confused, I hope you're OK. It's such a terrifying moment, I found the build up to be worse than the actual event to be honest. I hope you had a kind and sympathetic Judge and look forward to your update on it (when you're good and ready of course!). Will be right by your side all the way .

Random...bless you! I am doing well, not quite there yet, but legals are over for now. WWK remains my friend evil sidekick and I should reiterate, I couldn't have got through any of this shit without her. Particularly my FDR where she wiped the proverbial floor with my ex-h. So, overall we're doing great!

Hi OP. I remember you from last year. Good for you getting through the first Hearing. If the judge accepted all your questions that's good - shows they are all reasonable things to ask. Hopefully all will get sorted at the FDR.

I had over 2 years of procrastinating divorce shit. In the end I took my Xtwat to court and self repped. I couldn't have done it without help from here, especially WWK and MrsC. Xtwat finally saw the light at the FDR and I was divorced end of October.

...I also second WWK with the post-court "crash" shizzle. You may well feel like this...you kind of get an initial euphoria and then after feel a bit overwhelmed, it happens to everybody and it does pass, so don't stress if you feel like this. Again, PM available should you need it.
