sorry everyone just need a rant really!!
so me and my ex have been broken up for about a week now and I have days where I actually hate him and then days like today when all I want to do is hug him!
today I was out getting everything prepared for the birth of our daughter(6 weeks time) and I just broke down in the shop!!
he told me he isn't in love with me anymore but loves me this is soo confusing I keep thinking what can I do to get him back to our family! it would be so much easier if I didn't need to speak to him most days but because we have soon to be 2 children together it makes it sooo much harder.
guess I'm just having a wobble day today really sad

I'm sorry you're hurting. What terrible timing for him to leave. I think that in sad moments you should focus on the fact that he left you while you were heavily pregnant. If you did somehow persuade him to come back, wouldn't you just always be wondering if he was about to do it again? It doesn't feel like it now, but he doesn't deserve you and you'll be better off without him in the long run.

If a man leaves you when you're in the incredibly emotional and vulnerable position of being pregnant with his child then you do not want him as a long term partner. You're grieving for the life you thought you were going to have. You have a very difficult time ahead but things will get better when you gradually realise you've better off without such a selfish person. Do you have friends and family to support you? X

I do have good friends and family they all have their own life's/kids/problems and it's the happy times that I am struggling with we should have been buying the cot stuff today not me buying it on my own!
doesn't help our 2 year old son asks constantly where's daddy? just upsets me even more! x

It's only been a week. It's totally natural for you to be so upset when it's all so raw. Even if your friends and family have their own issues, they'll want to help you with something so life changing. Your son is very young and it's usually easier for younger children to adapt to parents separating. Is he seeing your son/supporting you financially? Were you happy with your relationship before he left? X

yeah they do but when I'm at my lowest it tends to be in the night or when then are all at work and I'm on my own sad he has seen out son a few times tends to be when I ask him to come see him or I need him cause I'm working. we argued and things like that in a normal relationship but there was a lot of pressure and stress going on at the moment. I have been very unwell and down (suffer with depression) he was working a lot trying to get into another job so training it was stressful but I never imaginesd he would have left me right now and not even give us a go of trying to work things out. x
