Feeling lonely

Lately I've been feeling isolated and v lonely. I used to be ok when I worked full time but I set up my own business about a year and half ago that's not quite worked out so I'm going back to full time work in mid jan but I feel lonely. I have 2 kids that mainly live with their dad and I miss them dearly. Can't really go out cos I can't afford it and I'm tea total - any advise anyone??

You'll meet new people when you start the new job. Then things should look better for you

Have you planned how you are going to get to work?
Is it a long journey? By public transport?

Aww I hope so. I'm going to be a rep so I'm covering a certain area, feeling nervous but think that could be due to my low moods. Really need to snap out of it
