We have a 4 yo and a 4 month old. It's tougher than anyone could have ever prepared me for, mainly because you get no time at all together. I am lucky he is a fab husband, hugely hands on with the kids but we still have our moments! Keep talking and cuddling as often as you can! Are you having specific issues or just finding it hard to keep your relationship on track?
