starters first time posting on here, secondly I don't know if I'm posting it on the right place.
we live in a house that has another one attached to the back of us (so we have no back garden - just so you get the pic) and on our left a block of flats, all the walls are connected to some form of living arrangement.
currently as I type this, I can hear a load of shouting, screaming, crying, and banging. I'm not sure if it's someone in the flats or the house behind us (I think it's the house as we always hear them banging up the stairs. anyway after every bang or the man shouting aggressively I hear the woman scream "no, no, no" or "ouch" or her crying. do you think what I am hearing is domestic violence or just a very heated argument. also to add in the mix, if it is the house they also have a young child too.
I was thinking of calling the local police but if I'm being over the top and it's nothing I will feel bad for calling them out but if it is that and I don't call them it could end bad. I would ask my OH but he's fast asleep and has a long day at work tomorrow. and I'm heavily pregnant and everytime there's a bang or a shout the LO kicks me causing pain so I can't sleep.
so basically I don't know what to do so need people's advice.

probably none of my business (maybe upsetting for some)
