Does anyone or their partner work permanent night shifts? How does life work in your relationship? My partner works Sun-Thurs nights 9pm-6am then has Fri & Sat night off.

I work Mon-Fri 9-5 days. We don't live together so at the moment we tend to do something together on either friday or sat night and then once in the week for a few hours between me finishing work and him starting.

I have 2 dcs from a previous relationship so I'm usually busy with them in the evenings anyway but I miss him! We won't be living together for the foreseeable future, but just wondered how others get on.

He sleeps in the day during the week but then switches on to daytime mode at the weekends to try to sync with the rest of the world but is often struck down with extreme tiredness.
