So.....because DD's case was pre March 2003 we got...nothing. It was decided that because he and his new wife had 3 kids after he buggered off, he couldnt afford to pay anything for DD.

So I closed the case last October, then I waited 13 weeks and reapplied, this meant that it was assessed under the new rules and DD will get 15% of his net income after allowances, which comes to £60 a week. He is not co-operating (he never did) and it will have to be taken from his wages (as it was before they had their 3rd and he was forced to pay a pittance) but I am ok with that. I am sure he is fecking fuming, but not so much as she is, and again, I am ok with that :o

I HTH someone.

So much better when it comes straight from wages but you may have a slight wait till it is regular but it will be worth it!
I had to get mp involved before mine was sorted.

Nicely done!

It's easier to get it from the wages unless you're us and you're still waiting for the ex to release 2 months worth of payments to the CSA and the CSA Cba to chase (we are post 2003 btw) we haven't received February's money and now March is due. We desperately need that money :-(
