... The poster who had a really complex legal arrangement with her ex-DP/DH and really didn't want her DS to go to this DF's, but couldn't stop it due to legal arrangements? I remember following her thread, she was in such an impossible situation, just wondered if she managed to work things out. I can't remember her name, and she may well have NC'd.

There was a thread entitled some months ago. I think it was called "Can He Even do This?" ..or something. Horribly controlling man who had hidden passports and realised that his wife had phoned women's aid. Then nothing. It still haunts me.
