Would you think this was odd?

If your apparently 'straight' husband decided to talk about Myleene Klass and how she has had two kids, and slimmed right down and doesn't seem to have any stretchmarks, or how Tulisa has probably recently committed career suicide.

He takes more interest in female celebs than I do Confused I couldn't give a toss tbh.

Confused

I would like to think this is just chit chat, but a few years ago I found some suspect evidence.

He has also admitted to having gay encounters before he met me (he said it was just experimentation)

BUT Husband denies being gay categorically, but given that I can count on one hand the amount of times we have sex in the last 7 years and his topic of conversations I am beginning to think he is taking me for a great big mug.

What would you think?

Ok, the sleb thing to me is a red herring. Some people are interested in that kind of thing, some aren't and I really don't think a male who comments on Myleene Klass must be gay.

What suspect evidence did you find?

Forget the sleb thing, my straight ex was very into sleb gossip and my very scene gay friend isnt at all.

However, seems to me that you have had suspicions for a while, so leaving the girly goss aside, where have you feelings come from?

I'd find having sex only 5 times in 7 years odd.

Sadly alfalfa its not that unusual, sexless marriages are very common :(

Have you found anything more recently? Does he initiate intimacy?

The no sex accompanied with previous experimentation would have had me worried years ago. Assuming the reluctance is coming from his side, not yours.

The celeb thing I find common amongst people of a certain age, and interest. Not so much gender. I find any interest in that area hard to fathom, male or female.

Its "fashionable" for men to read women's magazines like Heat and Closer etc so they can talk to women about "slebs" in them. It must have been a tip in Loaded or some similar men's mag. I was a bit like you when the first man tried it but when the second one did I was pretty sure it was a pick up line - sort of trying to empathise with you and show their female side. Coming however from your DH its a bit unusual.

Whether he's gay or not is possibly a red herring. If you're bored by his inane conversation about celebs, don't trust he's telling you the truth (evidence?) and are fed up being ignored sexually then I'd have thought that was enough problems to be going on with. Couples have split up over less.
