Yesterday I was in the next toilet cubicle to my friend and we were talking whilst weeing (as you do!) and I accidentally broke wind. She kind of stopped talking as I did it but then carried on, it was so embarrassing. But then it happened again about 3 times and she stopped talking completely and it sounded like she was silently in hysterics (I know what she's like, she cracks up over anything and everything). I was mortified but as we left the toilets she never mentioned anything and everything seemed normal so I kind of forgot about it.
Late last night though I got a facebook notification to say she'd posted something on my timeline and when I went to it she'd put "what talks loud and goes pump pump pump?? MyGrain does! xx". To make it even worse a few friends had asked what it was about and she'd replied that I'd had a "pumping fit" in the toilet and had tried to talk louder to disguise it!! mortified.
Am I being too sensitive to be quite upset and angry?
