Petition - response to domestic violence

Refuge is calling for a public inquiry into the response of state agencies, including the police, to domestic violence.

If you think this is a good idea, please sign the petition (sorry can't make it link!)

This is really important and all the cuts have made it much harder for victims to find help and make themselves (and children) safe. That makes it even more important that official agencies respond strongly and properly when they become involved.

The figure of 2 women a week - a week! - being killed by their abuser has to be brought down.
