I know some of you have mil from hell and I'm lucky not to suffer that, but I do have to put up with the xw who will always remain a nuisance in our lives as they have teenage child together, its got to the point where it can put me in a bad mood and spoil our day just through her getting in touch to moan about something, it would be a huge plus in my life if me and dp split that i would never have to hear her name again or hear what she has been moaning about. I wish dp would tell her to f off but he wont. Please make me feel like this is not so bad as i really regret getting with a divorcee but surely other men come with annoyances too??

They ALL come with annoyances.

My fiancees brother gets on my nerves - they live abroad thank heavens so we see them rarely, but this weekend, we were going from a garden to a restauraunt - he was in the car with his kids, the rest of us were travelling by bus, I suggested he let his 73 year old mother (who struggles to balance and walks with a stick) take his place in the car and he come with us by bus. Dids he? No, he let her struggle. Selfish git.

Dp sister has caused so much trouble over the last year, I will no longer have her in our house. After a lot of argument, dp understands and respects my feelings towards her, though she still insists he should leave.

Was the other way around for me. With one or two exceptions, my exH's family were lovely people. I think I put up with him for so long because I didn't want to lose them :)
