Okay - so i'm normally pretty chilled out about dp around other women. He's a bit of a ladies man, but as long as i know he's coming home to me that's fine, he can chat up who he likes as long as he doesnt act on it - which he doesn't.
Buuut this week my period is overdue, and i've got the worst PMS going - it's driving me up the wall, He's friendly with one of the young girls at the pub we drink at - and ended up driving her home the other day as she'd had too much to drink. Now i'm winding myself up about him & her and i know there's no good reason. AND it's not just her, his ex wife as well - I got really snipey as he was going to a family thing with her and his children. Again not someting that would normally bother me, but for some reason it's got me really upset!
Does anyone else have a good method of dealing with jealousy like this? Obviously i can't take it out on him it's not his fault - but i'm driving myself up the wall. Hopefully my period will arrive in a few days & i'll stop being such a pansy - but if this starts happening every month when i've got PMS i'm going to end up driving him away!

Is it PMS or natural instinct thats something feels wrong?

Nope purely PMS, seems to be going on forever this month because i'm a week or so overrdue - almost wish something did feel wrong then i'd know i was even slightly justified in being so jealous.

Have you tried evening primrose oil then? I am a monster with PMS but everyone knows just to ignore me for 4 days and pretend nothing happened and they supply wine and chocolate which helps

I posted the exact same stuff yesterday on another thread -
If you suffer with PMS regularly then go and get Pyridoxine from your GP - women who suffer badly can actually be deficient in the B6 vitamin that is one of the ingredients of this med.
You can take it with the evening primrose too.
It's not a miracle cure, it can take a little while to kick in but for me once it did it lessened my symptoms dramatically.

So...

he is a 'ladies man '

he can 'chat up who he likes '

he drives home some young pissed girl from the pub

and you blame yourself for this?

I'd be looking at your ladies man of a boyfriend personally and feeling rather justified in being annoyed with him.

A lot of womens' PMS mysteriously vanishes when they get rid of a disrespectful partner. Wink
