Vibrator/sex toy help

VibroKrabbit · 16/07/2012 22:07

I've never tried any sex toys and have been getting a bit curious to the point I think I am going to buy one. But I am totally confused by the stuff on the websites and have no idea what's good, what's a waste of money etc. Can anyone recommend anything that's good and also what type of toys tend to do the trick? I know it's all personal but some help here would be great as I am a bit of an innocent abroad here.

It depends on where you want to use it - do you want internal or external?solo or couple?

Recently bought my first (well DP bought it for my birthday!) - the gorgeous we-vibe 3 from lovehoney.co.uk. Much fun!

If I were you I would start off with a bullet vibrator - they are small, cheap and very effective for clitoral use.

Whatever you do, do not make your first purchase a Magic Wand...

Love honey is a great website, very discreet delivery. What about a rabbit? Doc Johnson are a good make.

I second Eclectic.
OP I had never tried anything like this before but I am very attached to my Rabbit now.
LoveHoney is very good, strongly recommend a vibe...although will never replace the real thing IMO ;)

Love honey is good ! Best bet to try a small vibe and if you enjoy that then a rabbit .. Jessica rabbit ones are a bit noisy ! ( maybe that's just mine !)

It's interesting how little posts threads about sex toys get. Is it embarrassment or just that they are not that popular. I definitely think there's a place for them in my life anyway :)

suspect it's just that there's not much to say, it does what it says on the tin..kind of thing :)

Love honey has lots of reviews on there - have a read. Also you can buy cheap starter packs with lots of things to try - kept us amused for a while Grin

Vibrating Cock ring - a cheap, lightweight one...

For use with OH, I am quite a keen user of something a bit like : this

I don't get on that well with my rampant rabbit, although I do have one. It's just a bit too.... invasive.

I've used rabbits and other things but the toy I always come back to is a really simple vibrator. I have this: www.annsummers.com/p/ro-80mm-bullet-vibrator---silver/07cshdas1037047

Only use it for clitoral stimulation, alone or with DP - during foreplay or sex. Smile
