If you can afford it, you should try CBT.

This will help you face your worst fears, change your behaviour and overcome these negative emotions.

There is no easy way - you simply have to learn to zap the negative thoughts every time they come into your head and replace them with a positive thought.

If you can't find anyone for CBT or it's too expensive, you could try relationship coaching. I can recommend someone brilliant and well qualified if you want to PM me- she works by phone as well..
