I am trying to find the link, that i am sure is called 'How to spot a Loser'. It has a great section at the end about how to dis-engage from an emotionally abusive/ controlling ex partner.

I was convinced that I had bookmarked it, but I can't find it and I would really like to send it to my friend. I would be really grateful if someone could link to it as I have tried google-ing and haven't found it yet. Confused

Thank you so much in advance.

Ah Belle, that was me for a long while, but I think i've finally learnt!

My friend has been doing a merry dance with the same bloke for 18 months now and I really need to get her to realise that any contact is a way in for him. I'm hoping if a Psychologist tells her, she may listen... eventually!

Thanks once again, Eurostar!

I gave that info to a friend too - it did make a difference...
