will remember that for next week MAS (Friday is decorating day - only day when dd2 at preschool and I'm not at work)

however this morning just as I was getting started a friend rang, so I painted with my head on one side holding the phone for an hour. It was lovely

hope your neck isn't sore after that ! I love R4 for when I'm working - I can guage how much I've done by which program we're at..for example You and Yours is a bit dull, so I'm down here having lunch !

If so, can I recommend something that´s not from BBC? It´s the Bugle podcast from Timesonline. V funny political/current affairs satirical comedy. Think The Now Show or Armando Ianuchi (sp?)
