I'm not a well known Archers poster but am name changing in honour of my favourite character.

Started listening around the time of HWMNBN and Lilian's affair with Paul. Then stopped because I couldn't cope with Lil's crying when Paul croaked. Got back into it in the run up to Tom and Kirsty's non wedding and - thanks to these threads - am truly overinfested.

Many Congratulations to everyone and esp. psuedo plus Davesx3 and Bitter for the last 3 or was it 2? It's the pancakes that are affecting my concentration Grin

I did try to change my username but my password was obviously out by a few spaces or capitals so it's boring old me as usual. Considering I have NEVER changed my username it would be too much of a shock for me , I would forget it Grin.

I’m suffering from the same anxiety ppeat - I don’t feel myself at all Confused. Hopefully I can be abbreviated to LilJ which will be less of a leap.

I'm pleased to see so many TA name changes. Thanks for the new thread, Badger. No prizes for guessing who I am.

Now let's discuss The Archers...

Pat and (more reluctantly) Tony seemed to be determined that they must not criticize Tom's wedding plans, but smile and wave. Is that all they can do? Is there no scope for a parent to have a quiet word about their concerns?

Star Flowers Wine

HURRAH!!!

Thank you a HUNDRED times Pseudo ! Can't believe I've missed a whole hour of this momentous thread.

New name is a very obscure previous thread reference. But definitely Archers related (though I'm not sure I recall exactly what it was in relation to ... Hmm Someone will know.) As everyone's getting married perhaps I'll never return to Miss-dom.

So anyway - Helen has decided against becoming a Kung Fu queen, Tom's being renditioned, Hannah will possibly require Ed n Emma n William's pre-loved DNA kit, CallMeAskYourRichFamily has moved into the dog basket by the Aga at LL - and the princeling will soon be returned - if only to a couple of miles down the road.

Let joy be unconfined. GrinGrinGrin

I have no idea how to name change but in the spirit you can all call me "TheGillsarePaintingJD'sroseswhite"

Is there no scope for a parent to have a quiet word about their concerns? I think you make an excellent point DDD - particularly in view of what happened to Helen. I would have thought if ever parents felt they ought to have a quiet word it would be Pat and Tony and Tom ought to be able to understand that their concern is coming from a good place even if he chooses to totally ignore them.

Not only what happened to Helen, but remember the marriage to Kirsty. He bottled up his doubts until it became a crisis and he humiliated Kirsty in the most horrible way.

Hello, and thank you for the great 100th yhrrad, PseudoB. I may have name changed back to my original MN nickname, which was Archers related. Or not.
