Anyone listening to the top 300 countdown? Anyone else spot the giveaway by Fridays presenter as to this years no 1?

OdinsLoveChild Sun 16-Apr-17 22:30:09

Yes I'm listening but its in the background I'm not really paying much attention this time. I'm still cros my favourite piece wasn't in the top 10 last year when it should absolutely be at number 1 sad

What is your favourite?

Being listening to about 75% of the programme. All the pieces I voted for have already appeared. Hoping the bloody Lark will finally descend.

*finding not find
Which pieces did you vote for?

storynanny Mon 17-Apr-17 19:24:12

Not the bird.
Mozart clarinet concert
Brunch violin concerto
Gabriel's oboe

A particular fab of mine is obscure so I didn't vote for it as I prob would have been the only one! "Rio Grande" by Constant Lambert.
What about you?

I went for The Gadfly, Romeo & Juliet by Prokofiev and Masquerade Suite by Khachaturian. I tend to vary from year to year, but Romeo and Juliet is my top favourite.
