Help please - this is driving me to frustration and I NEED TO KNOW!

Hi, does anyone know the piece of music that was played on the Afternoon Play yesterday? The play is called 'Scattering' and the music starts at 25.14 minutes in. It is lovely and I have heard it somewhere before but for the life of me can't think where. Really hoping that someone knows. The reading (poetry rather than a play) is beautiful too by the way.
