What are the alternatives, apart from a buggy board. DS1 is 2 and half and DS2 is 3 months.

I love mine and use it at the mo for 3y and 11m boys.

Am then going to use it for younger one plus newborn come April.

What is it you don't get on with/like?

Where to start...I find it difficult and heavy to steer. It also feels unstable at times, i.e. going around corners and up/down pavements. DS2 is also big, so the cocoon is way too snug, yet the seat feels very unsecure. Really, really hate it. So what are the alternatives....anyone?...please?

Baby Jogger City Mini - I love mine (and had a crappy P&T before) but it's a side by side so not sure if that's what you want?

Am absolutely fine with side-by-side. How does it compare on steering and stability?

Steering and stability much better imo.
I love the fact you can hang bags off the handle without whacking any children. You can also get a fair amount of shopping underneath It's really sturdy but relatively lightweight at the same time. so easy to fold (but two handed) They do a lovely green one which I wish I had got.

Plus (and this is a big plus) The tyres cannot puncture! - I had 5 punctures in 11 months with the P&T

Sounds like it could be a contender. As an aside, what did you do with the P&T? I'm inclined to stick mine on a bonfire this week end.

we love the out n about double nipper. Have used it for dts, then 1 dt and a newborn and now ds9 9 mths is in it and dd (2.6) sits the other side and ds2 (2.6) sits on the hood. When they both are too tired to walk

I bought my last inner tube and put it on Ebay

The out n about nipper is made by P&T, also has pneumatic tyres.....

Oh oooggs, you've just reminded me, I also can put a child on the hood of the BJCM.
I like the nipper myself but the tyres would put me off

Yeah ebay it - they go for £££ (I should know, we bought ours on ebay)

yes it has, hadn't thought of that - we need pneumatic tyres where we live. I have pushed a friends P&T sport and I thought it was going to tip

Just checked out the nipper, it's front tyre is suspiciously like P&T sport's - function of being maker I guess. How do you find the steering?

Am an eBay virgin , do buyers collect or can you actually post something of this size?

I love the Nipper and didn't find the front wheel a problem at all. As it is a side by side it is nice and stable. You can always slime the tyres too to avoid punctures.
And not that I am bias or anything but I have my Nipper for sale on the pushchairs for sale board at the moment! I have changed it for a Phil and teds as I find I am pushing it with only one child in most of the time now DS is at pre school and it felt like a waste, and rather silly!

mine is a fixed wheel (as I needed the break and it doesn't come with the 360 - its hilly in Cornwall) it steers fine even with 3 of them on it!

I slimed one of my ex P&T tyres. Got another puncture and slime leaked out everywhere.

For couriers I use this website DHL are very cheap

Thanks everyone. Off to bed now with the peace of mind that comes with the knowledge that the P&T days in my house are numbered.
