Any of their other models to fit? I have contacted them

Try looking on eBay for one being sold for parts. Also most places sell parts long after they discontinue a model.

If you go to the bugaboo website they still sell the hoods etc for the buffalo - I just go to the search function in the top right and type buffalo and see all results. It comes back with over 150 results now for me.
I bought a new hood a couple of months ago from them with no issues.
