What are your thoughts on Silver Cross? My wife really wants the Wave and I have to admit it looks great. Just wondered if anyone has one and what they think of it....

@buttmuncher - thank you. Is the Pioneer the top model of the range?

@Demi6 - are there any cool features on the Wave? My wife keeps going on and on about it but I just want to make sure it is as good as she says it is

Just picked and ordered the Pioneer Henley special edition today 😁😁😁😁 I love it, it’s gorgeous. So hard picking between the silver cross range, they are all lovely, really liked the sleepover however felt it a bit too bulky for getting in and out of car.

Thoughts on silver cross simplicity car seat? We didn’t but it as I wanted to do a bit of research on car seats and not 100% sure if I’d really need to attach it to the chassis however can always get adapter 🙃

We use it all the time and it’s fab, It’s great if just popping to the shops as can just click in adapters and release car seat from isofix and straight onto pushchair (and vice versa)

The wave is a model up from the pioneer, the wave is more expensive.

I had a pioneer a few years ago and hated it.
The back wheel clicked really loudly and needed kicking to stop it, it was so loud people looked as we passed. Kicking it to stop the noise woke dd up on more than one occasion Angry The front wheels didn’t swivel easily enough either.
I took it back to mothercare who sent it to silver cross for looking at. It came back with the clicking issue fixed but the front wheels were then so loose that they had a mind of their own.
I’m pregnant again and won’t be considering a silver cross this time.
