Buggy / Stroller Recommendations for tall & heavy 3 yr old

Morning All

Looking for a buggy or stroller for our soon to be 3 yr old DS. Not yet at the stage to let him roam free. :)
He's just over a meter tall and weighs just over 15 kg. I've had a look at Maclaren however the max weight is stated as 15kg.
I've injured my wrist pushing him about in our old but faithful bugaboo bee and am therefore looking for one that can take his weight , height and has upright handles.
We're relocating from London to Yorkshire so would also be looking for a model than can handle rougher terrain as well as being flexible enough to pop on and off public transport and also be folded easily. Good storage would also be useful.
Would prefer not to spend a fortune however would like the model to last at least a year of regular use.
Any ideas/ experience would be much appreciated. Thanks

Baby Jogger City Mini. I think in the UK you will only find things rated to 15kg, because that's what the tests do. But the BJCM is rated to 50lb in the US and built like a tank.
