When can baby go in upright pram seat?

My baby is currently 12 weeks old and has always been big for his age. He can almost sit-up unaided and is constantly wanting to be upright as he's very alert and always nosey. If we go out he gets fed up quickly in his carry cot and would rather be carried or propped up so he can see what's going on. I have an iCandy Peach pram and was wondering if anyone has put their baby in the seat earlier than six months (obviously on a tilt- not completely upright)?

I did as DS is huge and outgrew the carrycot by about 3 months! He was fine, I just kept it as flat as possible otherwise he did look a little slumped to one side.

Yeah I put DS in the Peach seat at 12 weeks. He had reflux and always hated the carrycot. If you put the shoulder straps in the middle slot, they kind of support the head a bit too.
