can anyone help me identify this fabric? also, can I put a pilko hood on an ultima?

I decided to keep using my old pram (m&p ultima system) as to replace it with a modern version is so expensive and I don't like the cheaper options. I bought it ten years ago and it's a grey tweed/wool type fabric, but I need a new hood and can't find the name of this fabric. I was also given some famiglia (?) parts (again without hood though) but have only found a hood for a pilko carrycot - will it fit an ultima carrycot? No matter what I search, I can't find the answers!

I'll try and upload a pic of my fabric - it's wool feel, not a check and not a waterproof type feeling. It's grey/black/white mix but looks grey (imagine a fine tweed) with black leather bits.
