How accessible is the basket with the seat on? Our Uppababy vista got into an accident with a car while I was putting DD in car seat (very lucky she wasn't in The pram) so insurance have given us money to replace the pram and I think I want something a little different this time.

We go over slightly rougher terrain often and lots of cobblestones in our town so need something that can cope with those easily

It's a big awkward with carrycot, but great once in main seat.
