Uppababy vista rumble seat

I have the uppababy vista pram bought in 2012 so the older model.
I'm going to but the extra rumble seat and wonder if I can put a car seat on along with the rumble seat? Also how far with the normal seat recline with the rumble seat in place?

I know the new model will allow lots of configurations but just wondering about the old model.

Anyone know?

I have bought it as number 2 is due soon. As I understand it you can use the rumble seat with the car seat or the pushchair attachment not the carrycot. I need to have a play and actually work out how to attach it, etc and hadn't thought about what recline you get with it in place. Not sure what number 1 will make of the rumble seat but she'll be 2.5 (but a skinny thing) so mainly got it for short periods so she can be contained and not bolt anywhere.

Hi Haribolover yes my toddler normally walks too so I doubt she will use it much either. Where did you buy your rumble seat from? I had a quick look on John Lewis website but it looks like they only stock the rumble seat for the newer model.

NewFamily I got my rumble seat and the buggy board (went for the actual Uppababy one as I think the generic ones can cause issue accessing the break) from Pramworld. They are based in Wigan but ordered on line and they have been great (we've had a buggy, car seat and other bits from there previously as well). they also deliver with DPD as well so you can re-schedule your delivery date as well if needed which I love.

I think Glasgow PramCentre (they are also online as well) also had it as well but it worked out cheaper with pramworld.

If your toddler won't use it much have you thought about the piggy back board thing. DD (2 and 2 months) when dd2 arrived loves her buggy scooter- she can still hop off and walk to look at things easily, but we can go fadter when we need to. I have a sling for dd2 and Pop her in it if we are out during dd1s afternoon nap. Just a thought.

Thanks. I've ordered one and am awaiting its delivery.

Yes cookiefiend that is a good idea. I've got a buggy board and recently attached it but my toddler refuses to go on it :-( We've only tried it once so will try it again!

The rumble seat doesn't recline at all.

Yes you can use with car seat

The piggy back board is good.
