Icandy Doubles?

My two youngest are not getting on with the Phil&Ted Dot - no one will sit in the lower seat. I've seen what looks like an icandy something or other where the two seats were facing each other... Anyone know what I was seeing or have any experience of a double that does that? A side by side isn't an option for space reasons...

Baby jogger city select has that seating position and the zoom twin buggy. Icandy oeach definitely doesn't but not sure about the apple to pear.
