If you had would you recommend?
Have seen a few secondhand quite cheap and wondering if they are worth it.
Would be for a newborn - not too worried how long it will last (as long as it's for the first say 10months)
Have read a few reviews online but seems to be a bit of a mixed bag.

FYI looking for a travel system that can be used about town occasionally across cobbled paths and fields , no need for public transport.

Hi - I have one of these although very rarely use it now as DS is now 2.4. Used it a lot when he was up to 18 months though. It is BIG in my opinion - takes up a lot if the car boot as the wheel base is wide. But that means you get a massive shopping basket which I found invaluable. It won't last you forever as I think the seat is pretty narrow. The seat is also slightly reclined even in its most upright position, so DS always ended up craning forward when he was older. You can get these for a great price, and if you want it for a younger baby and to carry lots of shopping it works really well. But by 18 months my DS preferred sitting in a bog standard umbrella fold buggy.

Just read your cobbled streets question - it's a pretty smooth ride and easy and comfortable to steer, so yes if it's for walking on bumpy ground I'd say it's pretty good. Plus the hood is really big, which is another plus and it's super easy to switch between forward and backward facing.

I loved ours, lies flat goes both ways, huge basket huge showerproof uv hood and handle can fold down to use as highchair in restaurants or make extra space on public transport

Tbh I'm pretty upset it's not available new most places now as I would buy again if have another (gave ours away)
