Question about Uppababy snugseat

Hi, I have an Uppababy Cruz and my baby (four months) is getting too tall for the bassinet, so I'd like to move her into the main pushchair. According to Uppababy website the pushchair is for babies 6 months plus however it looks like the pushchair can be used from birth with the snugseat and in full recline position. Have I got this right? Has anyone used the snugseat with a younger baby and did you find it a worthwhile investment? Have you used the snugseat beyond six months? Thanks for any opinions!

I believe yes the snugseat can be used from 3 months although I have never tried it. It just levels the seat out so that it is not so buckety for a young baby. You shouldn't really need it after 6 months old although I see no reason why you couldn't use it for as long as you wanted to.

I got the snug seat when my ds was about 3 months as he had silent reflux and didnt like to be laid flat in the pram. I think it should be used at full recline but I had it up one with no problems. It does just flatten out the seat and make it more cosy. I used it a little past 6 months but without the wedge part as ds is slim he would have slouched to the side to much with the seat more upright. It was also december and thought it kept him warmer. It is expensive but I think it would sell o ebay for a goid price.
