Bugaboo buffalo with Besafe Izigo car seat - incompatible?

I have recently bought a bugaboo buffalo and a besafe Izigo car seat only to find that it is extremely difficult to remove the car seat from the pushchair. Has anyone else had this problem? The same adaptors work perfectly with a maxi cosi seat & the Izigo seat works perfectly with the cameleon adaptors. I need to change it but am having difficulty getting mothercare to admit they are not compatible. Any advice?
