I was wondering if anyone else has suffered the same problem with this pushchair. It looks like when the Blossom is used as the upper seat and lower carrycot the two rub together and cause the fabric on the underside of the top seat to go in holes.
I only noticed mine since I have changed to using two seats, but even then the two seats touch when the bottom one is reclined and my toddler is in the upper seat.
I have had my pushchair for 8 months so I took it back to the shop. Icandy have said they will replace the upper seat, but my concern is it'll just happen again... Once I'm out of my 12 month period!
Icandy have also said it is not a design fault as they have only had one other one back with this issue out of all the thousands they have sold. However, I have found a blog from someone else with exactly the same problem who reported it to Icandy and the shop I took it back to also had one back previously.
I believe there is a design fault if others are suffering with this same issue, whether they are in or out of the guarantee period.
If you or someone you know has the Icandy Peach Blossom 2, could you please check the underside of the upper seat to see if there are friction holes in the fabric and let me know.
Many thanks!
