Chariot Carrier versawing US recall

Does anyone know anything about a UK recall of these or who to contact etc.
I have just read about it today and ours is one of the problem ones but Madison UK don't seem to know anything about it.
The US stuff is here:

Chariot Carriers now appear to be owned by Thule and the problem seems to have happened in 2012.
