Best jogging buggy?

Had a wee search and all the related discussions are a few years old. Could any other mums recommend a good buggy for jogging with? Thanks

Depends what your budget is. The likes of baby jogger are at the high end of quality by all accounts but priced to match (the full running baby joggers, with large metal spoked wheels, not the city versions). At the much more affordable end is something like the babytrend expedition LX, which is nearer £120 but does the job well for moderate running on Tarmac or smoother off-road surfaces. This is what we have and I can highly recommend for this.

Worth having a read of the three wheeler review section on here. There are a few others there as well. In general terms the larger the wheels the smoother the ride. Also you want a locking front wheel and reasonable clearance between the handles and back wheels. Both the above have this.

I have a Baby Jogger Performance (big, with the spoked wheels and fixed front wheel) and it's brilliant for running with. Really smooth and easy to push and gives DD a comfy ride in it. We did a half marathon with it in under two hours and it was a dream!

Disadvantages are it doesn't fold up. You have to dismantle it each time if you don't have room to store it fully assembled, which is a real PITA. Also obviously not good for transporting in a car.

Meant to say, I got it for 100 quid on Gumtree, so look out for second hand.
