Babyjogger city versa. I don't have it but it fulfills all your criteria I think? The seat unit is detachable but you can fold it with it on. It does scrape your budget ceiling though.

Versa yes.. I have a Joie Chrome... which also hits the spot. It's a bit smaller than the versa when opened, narrower and quite a bit shorter. But not as robust and I can't vouch for longevity as haven't had it that long. Loving the easy 1 piece fold with the seat parent facing. I think tbh the versa is a better quality pushchair but this suits me better due to the price, lie flat as oppose to bucket seat and smaller open dimensions. The versa will take a far larger child though, far larger.

I like the MyChild Magnet (its a revamped Pinto) too. They have a neat Floe as well but I can't work out if it folds with the seat on and am not sure about the buggy board.
I would throw in the Musty Evo, Graco Evo and Babystyle Oyster too.
But the Versa is probably the best of the list here.

Some of these, the vista and cruz, graco and mutsy evo, possibly the silver cross only fold with the seat on forwards facing. Not many fold with it parent facing. The versa, chrome and oyster definitely do. We often hear good things a out the oyster with its own buggyboard. You can even fold with the board on

Almost all of your criteria minus collapse in one go rather than removing a seat unit.

Found it could lie a tall two year old flat to sleep comfortably when needed. Could get a week's shopping in the basket. Robust and very cosy. Recommended.

I would stick with the Versa. Every time I want a 100% dependable pushchair with a big basket (especially for outings, day trips, weddings etc) I reach for the Versa (or my Peach). It does it all.

The cheapest I've seen it for is £380. Strawberry, did practical pushchairs beat that? They haven't put the price on their site!!

The versa is £380 at boots online, but think it's a standard model, not a gt.
